Prop 19 did get 46 percent of the vote, it will be on the ballot again in 2012, it will be for the benefit of all for marijuana to be legal.

THANK GOODNESS this didnt pass. It was backed by alot of big money interests that wanted to commercialize this while the little pot heads did all of the leg work for them.
