I think what is most troubling here is the way a surveillance of a period that ended 5 years ago is not represented in the title of this posting. What we need to know in 2011 is has this trend continued? We shouldn't be over-reactive to anything here until we know more about today's data. I also think this is a blemish on a system that releases this as if it pertains to what we need to do now. The time to act on this data was in 2006.
