Concerning PREP or the morning before or after pill one does not have to be a brain scientist to figure out how to get PREP to people, Over the Counter and let folks walk up to the counter and buy it. England has had over counter anti fungas and antibotics for years. It is sad how we Americans think people are to stupi and can not self mainage their health products. It is a no brainer of old fashion free and fair enterprise, where are the Repulicans when you need them.

Frederick, "England" has had pep available for years and has been rewarded by an exploding HIV infection rate that makes the US increase look tame. You're not exactly building a case for chemoprophylaxis buddy.
