Obama care has fell short for many states that will not expand medicaid for people on the bottom. In Florida it took me 2 months to receive ADAP because of the Governor and his staff a Mr Max Wilson. The appointment started off are you working and they need a letter from my employer that I do not have Health Insurance offer to me. I explained they have a Health Policy that is not for AIDS that cost 100 a week and I made 200 with the company. They wanted past labs and the process lasted 5 weeks.
