He should spend less on prvention and more on medicine because they have proved that prevention metheds are not always the way to getting rid of this virus

This is great news, especially for those states who have cut ADAP services. I am fortunate to be in a state where ADAP is a top priority and whose State Health Services Department is pressuring HIV drug suppliers to lower costs. I only wish those savings could be realized in all states, as it could help save lives and lower the HIV infection rate overall. Without ADAP I would be up the proverbial creek without a paddle.
