With HIV rates rising in young adults, it's obvious that parents don't talk to their kids about the consequences of unprotected sex. Everyone has sex, which means everyone is at some risk of HIV and other STDs. With all the sex in movies, on TV and everywhere else you'd think people would be able to get past being uncomfortable talking about it.
