So we've got an unaffordable pill which shows us that the same mechanism of preventing HIV replication in the HIV+ will also prevent it in the HIV-, and a vaginal microbicide which isn't on the market a year later? I hope to God 2011 provides some real breakthroughs, cuz this is just pitiful.
