I don't know that I agree that using a dildo isn't anal sex (which was implied) - if I'm not having sex with other men and I'm using a dildo, that's MY anal sex. Playing with toys is still sex.

Yes, I suppose it would be "risk reduction" if we got all the positive guys out there to use toys instead of have sex with real life partners. Go team conservative american medical community! I can't believe this garbage.
