Wow good for them, but here in Nebraska, educators are not allowed to just hand out condoms, because that is seen by our state as promoting sex, ya i know so we have to promote abstinence only i feel that Nebraska is wow behind the times if they think that our young adults will be abstinent from sex instead of using a condom when we have 13 and 14 and 15 year olds having babies i feel that my government here is still in the last century. T P
