AHF Opens Health Center in Broward County, Florida

This is AHF's second medical center in greater Fort Lauderdale (they already run North Point Medical Center)so I am not sure how this is news...
This is going to be interesting to see how AHF fits into the east cost elite gay community. AHF some years ago put a proposal into the Governor of Florida to take control of all HIV care in a manage care scheme to save money for Florida and to increase care to another level. They have been patient in their efforts to take control of HIV care from the State/University and for them to be the only game in town. This battle is seemly in AHF vision and Gov. Scott is big into privatizing Healthcare

Excellent. Will they offer PrEP and PEP as well or will their antiquated political biases make them the choice condom distributor of Ft. Lauderdale? (Sorry, no pun and certainly no endorsement intended.)
