you cant read any medical record without the written consent of the patient you cant talk about, gossip about it , read it for any reason I surely would not a godly republican to subpoena my medical records because AHF set a precedent Michael Weinstein is showboating and grandstanding as is the peculiar character of Weinstein He is suing in Texas in a mad grab for HIV funding May the Almighty keep Weinstein and may the Almighty keep weinstein away from additional HIV funds
I'm so confused about the condom laws in porn. I know Calif has a law but if you see Sean Codys clips he advertises " condom free" Someone needs to check these business owners , I just don't know if this AHF are the right people/ in years past it used to be the States health org. This has nothing to do with personal files when you're publicly filming & accepting money for your job..
Really? The AHF has not moved with the times. They did great things in the beginning, now they are like a big fat monster that just sits there issuing idiotic missives. And Weinstein has become that monster himself, he needs to go before more damage is done and donations stop rolling in.
It is up to the individual to divulge any and such information to the public or anyone else. It this what we want to do to everyone?
This is unethical, Hippa laws and confidentiality. This information is only for doctor and patient and is NOT public record
AHF has lost it's mind. Violating HIPPA endangers EVERYONE with HIV to have their records exposed. The clueless callousness here is mindbending. Weinstein is a sad self-loather on a personal vendetta against everyone with HIV. It's time it was stopped.
Just sickening that AHF would resort to abandoning HIPPA guidelines to try to find incriminating evidence for their (latest) lawsuit. Disgusting, but sadly, not at all surprising.

Medical records are private. PERIOD. I am very offended by this and I am stunned that AHF would do such a thing. How would any of you reading this like to have your medical records exposed?
