No surprise here. Thoughtless, reflexive ARV "intensification" is the proverbial lesson of laziness (and no doubt driven by strategic pharma messaging): "looking where the light is." Neuroinflammation most often comes from gut, from the mouth-sinus, from the diet (including what's missing in diet), the environment (toxicants). Why do doctors automatically assume that every "ill" in an HIV+ person is due to HIV-- and colossally miss the bigger picture? Is it 1999?????
