I do social media for a health agency and we've had to go through the processes to get cleared to run ads. Once you get thru that, they are pretty cool about understanding your position as an advocate for good public health. I have to appeal sometimes, but almost always get passed after a short, concise appeal. I know beating up Facebook is a national pastime, but for a monolith, I think they do try where they can.
