Class (education, income/wealth) and social networks (geography and specific sexual practices) matter more than race in the abstract. Blacks and Hispanics need grassroots education that appeals to specific issues with scientific skepticism and general distrust of authority, institutions and community. The issue is similar to Covid vaccine refusal.
