I am opposed to cash incentives and contracts to motivate HIV patient to adhere to their drug regimen. If any HIV patient is not motivated by the mere fact that not adhering to their drug treatment could lead to serious illness and medical complications and possibly death then I think I have to question their logical thinking and mental health. Instead of cash incentives they should be given supportive counseling to help with their decision making skills, fears, and self-regard.

Paying people to take care of their self is totally RIDICULOUS. I'm speechless at the thought. I'll guarantee Trump will get a good laugh out of this. Lmbo
