This is interesting and would like see the open letter published. I request the State of Florida to stop the obtrusive questions during testing and just ask if a person is sexual, with out going into details of one's pigeon holing tone of gay, straight, bi, multible partners. I think the concept of counting numbers by MSM,GAY or heterosexual causes people not to come back for testing for it is to private. Just ask if one is sexual, no need to keep beating the subject for surveillance, silly.
