My spirit is vexed. Modern day technology has the capability which hinders, more than it enables. You can't receive an honest answer, if you're unavailable (through stringent requirements of modern day technology) to receive an answer. Well stated my brother, and as a White Christian Gay HI Man I feel the pain of this part of the Body of Christ in the hiding and shame within the misguided leadership. For you may also notice not one white Christian Sharing the Good News in POZ for they are crushed ate ever turn, but African American Christians are welcomed, however White Christians that are Gay and HIV do not get a voice for a lot of White Gays are ready to unload on Christians at ever turn, it is a fascinating paradox.
Now is the time for the black gay communitie to start their own houses of worship,nothing ever changes in the old traditional black church,everbody knows the choir director is gay,but the preacher still condems the gay lifestyle in the pulpit,here in the 21rst century,we are going to have to help ourselves,i am having a problem with all organized religion,i have heard the same old fire and brimestone for the last 50 years,we have high rate of hiv,teen pregnancy,crime and what are they doing.

I don't understand,modern technology enables you,big church buildings,preachers make a lot of money,black communities and families are crumbling,hiv on the rise,8out 10 born out of wedlock,felonie convictions damages chances for a job,same old fire and brimestone sermons,young blacks are falling behind allother minorities in this country,its time the black church does something besides building big buildings and fattenning preachers salarys.Acknowlege your growing young gay population also.
