I am a true 10x7 and even the "XL" condoms are tight on me. I simply cannot get a full hardon with a condom. They are too tight and constricting. So when I decide to use them, even with Viagra, I do not get as hard as I would without them.
I think part of this is bunk since there are larger length and girth size condoms available for purchase. It could be that most freely distributed condoms are only in the regular size. I am 6" and thick (6" around) and though condoms are snug they don't prevent me from having enjoyable sex since its like a layer of skin.
I dated a fellow whose penis was the size of my first digit (finger) and Googled, Small Condoms. 16 pages came up with special"Snugger Fit." I was referred to Condomania.com which offers a "Fit Kit" and sells condoms specifically made to accomodate all (or close to) all shapes and sizes of man.
For men with larger penises the "female condom" can be very comfortable.
Anyone who has unrolled a condom completely knows that length is not the issue, it is girth. Those who are feeling the squeeze should try a female condom. Granted they are more expense, but the cost of male condoms will rise if more sizes are to be made available.
For men with smaller penises I suggest unrolling the condom and stretching it around the scrotum as well as the penis. The unrolled portion then acts as a cockring and takes up the slack.

Yes I agree the condom manufacturers need to make different sizes in length and width and don't need red, yellow, purple etc, just clear, milk color, light brown and black, for each race
