I feel for Kenneth, just reading this story makes me mad, 1. Because see with hiv even on medication is assault, and 2. It makes you a set offender and that is a very very cruel way to be put out there for something as your status, it's criminalization standards like these that make living a healthy lives hard. At a party such as that, there are to many variables as to what could have happened, That's why there is a two party consent system when having see and people don't always go in blind.
