Congrats to Dan. But I reserve the right to remain skeptical as the words streamline services have been used as code for cutting services. HIV services funding has been slowly eroding in NYS. Medicaid reform is changing case management. Health insurance reform is beginning to impact HIV services. So when I read about streamlining anything, I get nervous.
