HIV has become big business. Boards are becoming more and more distant from the people they serve. My observations in the court I live is Boards do not reflect the hiv communities. Boards strategically cherry pick new members. My local aso has hiv+ representation but they are hiv+ people who don't rely on the services. Funding increases, services & quality of service decreases. I feel the people making the decisions are clueless, they don't rely on the services they dictate in order to live.
