The CDC lacks doing surveys in all 50 states and dispersing grants accordingly. Their surveys are limited in size and include only California, Illinois, New York and Florida. The results are released two years later and are an incorrect showing of true demographics. Grants for education and prevention go to those four states more than any. Rural America has a big surprise in statistics if the CDC were to do their job honestly. With the heroin addiction they will find more heterosexual cases.

This should come as no shock to anyone of any color in the south who is gay. I am surprised the disparity is not larger!
