Very glad to read Dr. Daskalakis intends to avoid the scare campaigns like the horrific one of 2010 with the tag line "It's never just HIV." Sounds like he's the one who will finally move prevention toward the "targeted, explicit" messages and images first recommended by public health experts in 1986. It's LONG overdue!
