Did this study cost taxpayer money? Lets see, people continue to be arrested for having sex and not disclosing yet Hep C and other STDs, diseases go unnoticed because of the stigma attached to HIV. Bar the Castro, Chelsea and West Hollywood - discrimination is the cause for depression and stimulants help those overcome fear and forget the last of quality they have in their lives. I am not advocating drug use but 25 years after HIV began why publish crap like this. We know!
