I think it is wonderful for testing HIV testing from the people's money in Palm Springs or Coachella Valley. Although it would have been courageous if Mr. Clinton would have addressed one root of most of the need for HIV testing in Coachella Valley or PS, being one of the Gateways to the Meth epidemic in the USA, from orange county house wives to executives in community leadership. One Mayor within Coachella Valley I was told stated, nothing we can do, must accept it as part of our valley
