I had a heart attack 2003 been hiv + since 98 . My lower left arterie (lad) was 99 percent clogged .they put in a stent. Since then I have been on statins. I have had three more stents since all in the (lad) they all just keep clogging up my last one was this August 4th my cohlesterol is under 100 so why does this keep happening.
