Eric S, doesn't the USA just print more money when it wants to pay its debt interest or spend billions more? Have you seen now much in debt the US Federal Government is? Unlike the debt of other countries, such debt held by your US Fed Gov doesn't seem to matter.

Rick, perhaps you should cease illegal entry and seek treatment elsewhere. What gives you the idea you have a right to medical care at the expense of others, particularly when you have TWICE violated immigration laws? It is NOT the responsibility of the U.S. to provide healthcare to anyone who comes along. Too many assume the government is going to just keep spending money it doesn't have. We take care of our own, not the entire planet. And still we're going broke.

This has happened to me twice in Joint Commission approved facilities in the US more than once because they do not have the meds I require. hmmmm Time for wellness centers nationwide with people who care about what they are doing. PERIOD

The Left will say he is a human being so deserves proper paid for medication and treatment at State or Fed expense or at his own expense if he can afford it. The Right will say, yes he is a human being but that is irrelevant; he is an immigrant who is not currently holding a right to stay; and neither the State nor Fed should pay for his comprehensive healthcare. Perhaps the Right also thinks the same should be so for any immigrant who has a right to stay, too. SO, WHICH IS THE WAY TO GO HERE?
