i think this drug should be approved since this is the first drug ive heard of that treats hiv lipodistrophy it would give people hope that are having severe facial wasting this lipodistrophy is very concerning and should be dealt with especially people that dont have any means to pay for expensive treatments of facial fillers that only temporarily fix the issue and in some cases lasts a short duration
