New treatment initatives are necessary to care for those who are PLWHAs. Preventing new infections with awareness efforts can end AIDS. This President remains behind a 30-year-long curve of inaction. Let's talk about monetary resources for people who suffer and die from this disease remaining homeless and who try to take care of themselves daily by remaining adherent to medications. Get the cure! The stigma will remain as long as HIV/AIDS exists. Get real!

Rhetoric... Just more rhetoric designed to avoid actually dealing with the problem.

The Global Network of Positive People in the USA, GNP+USA is happy for the change of direction in conversation and the Changing from Office of Nation AIDS Policy (ONAP) to the Office HIV/AIDS Policy (OHAP), so I hope the HIV/AIDS Leaders above understand the imagine change from AIDS to include HIV people and the community. Let us all look at what is not working and place action into the mix for GNP+USA will be sending a 4 point action plan to the New York Times and OHAP for action.

It took a sizable staff and numerous community members to create #NHAS which a Masters of Public Health study group could have produced in weeks. Sure, it's heartening after my ONAP forum rant that NHAS refers to Gay and Bisexual men in its text, leaving MSM to the CDC-crafted graphics. However, NHAS does not call out the evils of no promo homo which must be repealed, though the implementation plan suggests it. I also question if most newly dx ppl are able to commit to ARVs within 3 months.
