U = U is a significant milestone in navigating HIV status among those not infected. However, attitudes are still slow to change. And being undetectable doesn't remove the need to continue to practice safer sex. There are other STDs than HIV that one still would want to avoid. Undetectable is not carte blanche to act sexually irresponsibly.
