More information is needed. Were these real legit drugs for HIV, or fakes? Why not Cancer drugs or some other expensive drugs? Could this be a hate crime as well?

Steps

Selling fake hiv medicine or any life saving medicine that could result in severe illness or death is no different then attempted murder and must be criminally charged as such.
