Anal Pap is as simple as a cervical or vaginal pap. It isn't painful in the least. A number of cells lining the rectal wall are removed with a small brush and sent to pathology. An AAHIVM doctor is likely to recommend it to their MSM. Historic embarrassment leads to deficient colorectal healthcare. Early detection, removal and pathology of anal warts can save your life.
