Gilead should do the right thing by the HIV community and the US taxpayer and make Truvada affordable to everyone. They should either offer the drug to patients in the US for the same price that it is available in South Africa, or they should immediately offer to widen the generic manufacturing beyond just Teva to a wide range of other participants. #BreakThePatent - Gilead needs to step up and do the right thing - at LONG LAST
