You know, if it's not one website, it's another; or it's bathhouses; or private sex parties, clubs, video booth stores, public restrooms; or it's cruising in the local park. Surprise! Guys want to have sex with guys! When you close one door, lo and behold, guys will find another! So, instead of going after the websites, the clubs, etc.,(and invading peoples' LIVES!) why not get back to the basics. Oh yeah, "sex education is lacking."
