I really want to encourage the Latino AIDS Comission to keep the fight, many people from Latin America who migrate for work will benefit from your work. Globally it is also important to speak about the US domestic issues, not as a perfect world, but a reality of unmet needs depending on who you are, your "legal status" and color. This is my task in the Global boards of UNAIDS and the Global Fund as a representative of the LAC region, I will gladly speak also about this comission. Muchas Gracias

It's important and appropriate to report that the Latino Commission is resolved "to influence the next American president so that he (or she) will be more committed to fighting AIDS". But why place "or she" in parentheses?? The "she" in this case is running a historic campaign with strong support among Latino voters.
