Fortunately I've never had to take very many pills, but never had any problem with consistency. For the past 2 years I've been taking Atripla, and maintaining the one pill per day routine is quite easy. Just that has enabled me to retain an undetectable viral load as well as a CD4 count of 500-600. This is a routine that I would recommend for anyone.
