It's the fact that so called "HIV" is supposedly anywhere from ten to thirty times more prevalent in "African Americans" than any other race that they conclude that they are targeted by some government devil. Until the disparity among races can be explained then "HIV", is most likely simply a marker that manifests differently for different races for real medical afflictions and is therefore quite harmless as evidenced by the legions of people diagnosed with the supposed viral killer of all time

This is very true,I work for an AIDS social service organization targetting African Americans and these theories come up frequently. This can be tied to the evidence of high morbidity and mortality in the group even when access may be relatively available.
