Anal pap every 3 months... 7 (minor) surgeries... Every HIV Dr. should be recommending this procedure to their clients!

I recent had a anal pap done. And results were positive. Also been through biopsys to make sure. And now going for surgey for pre anal cancer. I think its essential for gay msm to have regular anal paps!
