The House on 17 March has a bill for mandatory HIV testing upon entering prison, and again upon leaving. They fail to consider Hep. C and of course there is an "op out" provision.
This man should have never been able to get out on parole in the first place.. As for him his time will come. This is one of the most disgusting things that i have heard about. He really should just be killed.. Why allow him to take up space and air. Who is to say he wouldn't try to spread it in prison. Again he should have never gotten parole so really it's half of the state's fault.. He's a sick animal who should be put down.. OUT OF HIS MISERY..

Kerry is in need representation, everything is not as it appears, and the sentence does not match the crime. Such strong statements TISHA, that is what Kerry was up against. People who feel so horribly toward people with HIV, people like you continue such ridiculous sentences in states like Idaho. Ignorant people that continue to put the public health at risk, discouraging testing. More new infections come from people thought to be negative than those that know they are positive.Lets help Kerry
