I am in total agreement with Warwick who remarks about the attitude of the general public toward safe sex if a cure is found..... Too Right you are Warwick, I am a 15 yr veteran and am fed up with seeing young guys flagrantly putting themselves around and using global community web site to advertise their wares.. they are already clearly out of control.....God forbid if a cure is found tomorrow... there are absolute FOOLS out there who just wont acknowledge they are putting people at risk
The gcmaf(dot)eu web page is now falsely claiming that someone with a viral load over 2,300 (and only 298 CD4+ T cells) has been cured. I don't think so. Though GcMAF clearly made a significant difference, for this particular person, it has not YET resulted in a cure. And given that this person has stopped all treatment, I would expect her CD4+ T cells to drop and viral load to rise. Hopefully, Dr. Yamamoto will soon publish a full paper on the 2nd Japanese cohort of patients who were cured.
hello (again) Marc, The poster from Gabriele Morucci and Tiziana Punzi can be found at gcmaf(dot)eu Click on the "Tests of our GcMAF" link, and scroll-down to the bottom of the page. I have not verified the poster in the official ICAR abstract book, which can be purchased from the springerlink(dot)com(slash)content(slash)p315j771226448j6 web page. I assume that all ICAR posters appear in the abstract book. I may be wrong about that. -Tom
hello Marc, The gcmaf(dot)eu web page has a poster from Gabriele Morucci and Tiziana Punzi, which was displayed at the conference, claiming an 1.8log viral load drop in an AIDS patient (40 CD4+ T cells/mml), which is impressive. The rep then told me that a paper would be published this month (April 2011) on a cure. I'm confident that Dr. Yamamoto's work will hold-up - IF someone would try to corroborate it. But, I wouldn't expect cures in AIDS patients - and I never said that. Check it out.
hello Tom Hemmingsen, u said that dr Marco Ruggiero some results on the Gcmf treatment that maybe can cure cure aids at the italian aids conference. I woul like to know from you where did you here about that i ve searched the net and did not find anything about that during the italian conference for aids. And you anthing new about the story that mentioned here about dr Marco Roggiero and the gcMAF?
On March 27, at the Italian Conference on AIDS, Professor/Doctor Marco Ruggiero will present either a summary, poster or paper on the results of GcMAF treatment in two Italian AIDS patients. The treatment caused both AIDS patients to experience severe IRIS. Their CD4+ T cells initially plummeted, then rose. We'll have to wait and see what the results are; and whether or not they are continuing on GcMAF, or were cured. Hopefully, they will state the source of their GcMAF.
Chris President Bush proposed 50 billion and congress supported and funded the 50 billion of Charity Monies. These monies are used to keep woman, children and men alive with HIV,TB and Malaria. So the money is earmarked to keep God's Children alive. Warrick to think that sex is demissed from AIDS is laughable for through out history people have been having sex and I do not think it is going to stop by any means. I think your position on not to search for a cure for AIDS is selfish and one site

Curing HIV is not sound for drug companies as it will create a loss of income. So from a business point of view cure is a bad idea. I have been following team in Rome that worked on gold drug to active latency and they have added two drugs to it. This will increase activation. So it is likely that cure is coming closer. I did work on FIV and find vets uses antibiotics to treat virus and have lost interest in AIDS problem when people who practise medicine on cats simply ignore the disease
