Experiments shouldn't be done on animals. They are not humans. Their physiology differs significantly. Yes, even the physiology of monkeys differs from human to make it ill-fitting to experiment on them. Any experiments done on animals then needs to be done on humans later anyway. Often results do not transfer - just as in this instance. And top of all of that it's inhumane and barbaric to experiment on animals.
