I did not know that CMS had the power to supersede a Doctors medical option for treatment. I am interested in the facts to how this CMS has came to this policies to state that a Hep C patient most try an old out dated medicine and that Medicare people must take toxic medicine before one can take the best medicine on the market. It just seem like bad healthcare and bad medicine in a bio tech company monopolizing on a cure for HEPC. Most interesting in the deep pocket of power in Government.OMG
