I had a kidney transplant in May 2009 and an aortic heart valve implant in 2000. In addition to Kaletra and combivir I take Prednisone, and the anti-rejection meds Prograf and Cellcept. My virus is undetectable, but my t-cells are extremely low. The kidney seems to be working fine and so far my heart and blood pressure are fine. Should I be concerned, or is this an aceptable situation?
