im taking isentress/truvada combo but just recently i didnt take them for 2 weeks im back on them again but am wondering if no sex drive or insomnia is a side effect of the 2 meds and also depression please help me

I currently take Atripla. My tcells are at 270.. and seem to stay there. Is this the best drug for me to take. My viral load is undetectable for over a year. I beleive it is causing me some tooth issues.. which I think the medical teams should take care of. Are only dentists allowed to take care of dental issues or if it is a medical problem can the doctors dental team take care of it.. Thanks..
