My bad, on the communication era in the mistaken words of Ohio and Iowa State University in this article. Both have something in common they are Land Grant Universities owned by the people of the State and USA. My position is still the same that white collar thieves of Iowa State, must return the 7 plus million. You see in my view the Universities of Sciences and Research must be ethical and honest for they are the place where we learn to grow, not steal and lie for monies and goal. Shame...

Shame, on Ohio State and the lack of protocol for ethic review in the process of science. Ohio State must cut a check now;! to prove there intentions in the future, clearly monies are the only goal of this once renowned University. Ohio State wite a check today out of your foot ball funds or all the administrators must go to jail in this most disgusting ethical behavior, for it starts at the top in my opinion. Mr. Han life in jail or deporting to send greed-full academics a strong message.
