I would be more interested in such a study if there were multinational testing not just in one small area of what is essentially a third world nation where education and drug use is disproportionate to the average more educated population such as in other nations where social economic and exposure to poor water sources, blood borne diseases, lack of food and medical care are also something to consider. I suspect that the study is valid but only in the small area where it was conducted.
