I don't have problems with Vitamin D because I regularly tan during the summer with the sun and during the winter with a tanning bed (8-10 minutes once a week are enough, get information before using a tanning bed for the first time). This gives me NATURAL Vitamin D, wich is much better that the chemical one. In addition all my body get real advantages from the UV rays (P53 anti-cancer protein, Vit. D, melanin...). My life has really changed since I discovered the benefit of the sun!

Having heard about this study, I got my Vit D level tested and sure enough, it was very low. I am now taking a Vit D supplement prescribed by my primary care physician.
