Criminalizing someone who has HIV, is repulsive. In this article, it seems as if MR. Allen has been a victim of hate crimes from the other family for some time. Hopefully new legislation signed into law helps his cause. Also, if people with HIV are going to be criminalized, why not begin criminalizing those who know they have swine flu and go into public and sneeze. They know they have it and it, it is very contagious, and is also very deadly. HIV criminalization laws need to be re-thought.
