What exactly are the guidelines..? For example, if a person like myself wanted to get or have access to a "HOPWA" grant and I get Medical care by a AHF, and having a PPO or HMO health care provider such as Positive Health Care..? Who would I ask of that organization..? Would it be case management counselors..?
