I have made it a routine practice to interact, in as complete a dialog as I am able to effect, a very engaging, two-way relationship with all my various docs in their respective fields. I know they appreciate that I do so, and I would not have any physician whose attitude somehow excluded my full participation in treatment.

I have a great relationship with my infectious disease Dr. Unfortunately he is not my primary care Dr. Last week i had an appointment with pcp and wound up walking out. My pcp office has zero covid precautions in place. They said they didn't want to make their patients uncomfortable. He's been my pcp for 10 years. I walked out. He prescribes my pain meds. I'm 50,been pos 29 years, pain is a constant battle.I've been on pain meds since 2007, they help but don't stop the pain. It's a hot mess
